Eric Hardy, the owner, used to roast coffee in his garage as a hobby. That hobby turned into a passion and he opened up Cristos Coffee almost 6 years ago! They do not gas-roast their coffee beans which makes a huge difference in the effects the coffee has on your body and digestion. They carry 32 types of coffee from all over the world, so you are sure to find a flavor you love! Cristos is in a great new location they moved in this past December. So head on in and get a drink, and make a connection at this warm and familiar coffee shop in Erie.
